We offer free consultations to all prospective clients. Parents are welcome to discuss concerns and learn more about the next steps. Following the consultation, a full speech and language evaluation is conducted. Using standardized measures, observations and parent and teacher interviews, we obtain a thorough picture of how your child is functioning daily to develop a treatment plan. Our evaluations are:

Autism Services

At our neuro-diverse affirming practice, speech therapy for autism is built around the child’s strengths. Our goal is not to change your child, nor teach them compliance, but to focus on accepting their uniqueness and intuitiveness. We take a total communication approach in speech therapy to teach autistic children functional ways to communicate. Autism services include:

  • Sensory play

  • AAC Programs- Proloquo2Go, LAMP etc.

In Person & Virtual Speech Therapy

Evidence based approaches are used to address the individualized needs of every child and their family. Results from the evaluation will determine frequency and duration of sessions. Tele-therapy speech services are avaliable to families in all areas of New Jersey. Speech therapy focuses on skills such as:

  • Feeding and swallowing

Parent Coaching & Advocacy

Learning how your child can access services in the school system doesn’t have to be challenging. We will help you navigate through the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process to better advocate for your child. Parent coaching includes:

  • Home Education Plan with interactive assignments

  • Collaboration to target speech goals

  • Check ins to discuss progress

  • Attending IEP meetings as a parent advocate

  • Sharing resources and websites
